Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Planter
Securely repackage your cedar planter in its original shipping box, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
